Dear Family Roll Call user,

We are writing to let you know that Family Roll Call will be discontinued on January 1, 2027. After eleven years of operation, we have made the decision to end the application and service.

What this means for you

• Family Roll Call will continue to work normally through December 31, 2026.
• All current active subscribers will not be charged during 2026.
• The service will permanently end on January 1, 2027.

Why
The cost of maintaining a secure service that meets international regulations is too high for us to continue. This decision is strictly financial. By continuing to operate the service for free throughout 2026, we hope to give our users time to prepare and adjust.

We are very thankful for your support and trust over the past 11 years. It has been an honor to serve you and your family.
